What is Arch.AI?
Arch.AI is an AI-powered interior design platform developed by NODIC. Our services let you redesign rooms, generate design ideas, change wall colors, and create room visualizations instantly using AI technology.
How do I start using Arch.AI?
Simply create an account, choose a package or purchase tokens, then upload a photo of your room. Within seconds, our AI generates designs based on the style and preferences you select.
How does the token system work?
Every AI design feature consumes tokens. One token equals one design generation attempt. You can buy tokens in packages (Starter, Popular, or Pro) or individually as needed.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens you purchase never expire and can be used at any time for your projects, now or in the future.
What payment methods are available?
We accept common payment methods in Indonesia, including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital payment channels through our official third-party payment gateway partners.
Can purchases be refunded?
Token purchases are final. However, refunds may be processed under specific conditions such as duplicate transactions or system failures. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.
Are my photos and data secure?
We protect your data in accordance with applicable regulations. Photos and information you upload are used only to process your design requests and are not shared with third parties without your consent.
How long does it take to generate a design?
Most designs are generated in under a minute, depending on the feature and server load. You can track generation status on the History page.

Can the generated designs be used commercially?
Yes. You may use generated designs for personal or commercial purposes, such as property marketing or portfolios, while complying with these Terms & Conditions.
