1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arch.AI platform operated by NODIC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Arch.AI provides AI-powered interior design and virtual staging services, including but not limited to room redesign, design idea generation, wall color changing, style transfer, and 3D visualization. Services may change at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred without our written consent.

4. Tokens & Payments

• The service uses a token system that can be purchased in packages or individually.
• Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
• Tokens do not expire and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Payments are processed through official third-party payment gateways.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to access the system, data, or another user's account without authorization.
• Use the service to distribute malware or engage in other harmful activity.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without written permission.
• Use the service in any way that harms NODIC or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Arch.AI platform, software, trademarks, and content remain the property of NODIC or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or materials without written permission.

7. User Content & Generated Designs

You retain rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to generate the designs you request. You may use the generated designs for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimer of AI Results

Designs are generated by artificial intelligence and are visual estimates. We do not guarantee that results will fully match your aesthetic expectations or the actual condition of the room. Results should not be used as construction specifications without further verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NODIC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 (three) months.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to Service & Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and takes effect on its publication date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved through amicable discussion.
